![]() ![]() Over my 20 years of service I was deployed to five continents protecting America. I started my career in the Army as a 17 year old after graduating high school in Lacey, WA. Tri-City February 14, 2023- US Army Major Philip Demme He joined the Army to help and serve our great nation. He’s served 4 deployments and has helped train soldiers from other countries. He’s a Combat Engineer and has served 16 years and will continue until retirement. Victoria February 18, 2023- US Army First Sergeant Ryan Burke Submarine Force as a Navigation Electronics Technician served on five fast-attack nuclear submarines completing six overseas deployments, which included battle group operations in the Persian Gulf and under ice operations in the North Pole. I retired in 2016, after completing 20 years in our U.S. Tri-City February 24, 2023- US Navy Petty Officer First Class Edgar Alvarez Jr. I joined the Air National Guard in 2021 as a Cyber Systems Operator I spent the majority of my time in active duty supporting missions that helped people around the world affected by Covid-19 and received an achievement medal. I had one deployment to Jordan from 2019 – early 2020, during that time I aided in the evacuation of Al Asad. I enlisted in 2018 as an Air Transportation Specialist. Portland February 25, 2023- US Air Force Senior Airman Anthony Davis David deployed to the Middle East for 3 time and experienced many National Guard call ups. He served 4 years in the Marines, 4 years in the Army and 26 years in the Washington National Guard. Tri-City March, 5, 2023- US Armed Forces First Sergeant David Carrĭavid retired from the Armed Forces in 2017 after serving 34 years. I have recently returned home from a deployment in the Navy reserves. Deployed multiple times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Served in both active duty and the reserves, I joined the Navy for a better life. Kamloops March 7, 2023- US Navy Petty Officer First Class Christopher Ford Deployed numerous times to Iraq and awarded numerous medals, including the Army Commendation medal and the Army Achievement medal. I served with the 82nd Airborne Division parachuting from a number of helicopters and planes. Retired in 2019 after 20+ years in the Army as a Fire Support Specialist and Military Police Officer. Tri-City March 10, 2023- US Army Sergeant Joshua Foltz My thanks to all of you for supporting me. Served 22 years, deployed all over the globe and sailed the 7 seas. Everett March 11, 2023- US Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer 3 Stephan LitterskiĬhief Warrant Officer 3, United State Marines, retired. Joined to serve my country when I saw the Iraq War start. Portland March 17, 2023- US Army Staff Sergeant Nicholas Cacchione ![]() I ended my career as the company commander of the 164th MASH hospital. In 1989, I headed a medical team into the jungles of Costa Rica to provide humanitarian support to the indigenous people. I had my training as a Medical Service Corp officer at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. In 1978 I attended Officer’s Candidate School became a commissioned officer. I joined the army, right out of high school, in 1973 as a private. Taylor joined to be able to support his local community, he graduated top of his class and received an award from the governor while fighting wildfires in Chelan, WA.
